Wed Nes Day

I’m not sure why but I feel like I haven’t blogged in three years even though it’s only been a week and that week went by super fast. Time is weird. Time is sus.

I have no cohesive thoughts for you today so let's go with some bullet points instead:

• Books: Very proud of my friend Sam for the launch of her new book The Path to You! Can't wait to read it.
• TV: So happy to see Rhea Seehorn take the Emmy for Pluribus. I’ve loved her since Better Call Saul and I love her even more in Pluribus. I love me a grumpy middle-aged lesbian and her hivemind pirate lady.
• Games: BlizzCon happened and with it came the news about WoW: FOREVER. As someone who’s been playing WoW since the original beta back in 2004, I am very very very very excited about WoW: 5eva and can’t wait to dive into the beta realms tomorrow. If you’ve never played WoW or haven’t played WoW in a long time WoW Forever is an AU take on the original. WoW Classic 2.0 if you will. A brand new start. If you plan to play or want to play let me know!
• TBSOL: I’ve been editing and that makes for very dull content because there’s really nothing else to say beyond “I’ve been editing.”

I’ve also been trying to simplify my life lately by focusing on the things that spark joy: working on TBSOL, plotting the next project, and playing WoW. Oh and catching up on MasterChef Australia.

You know what else sparks joy? Bagels. I'm off to have one. 🥯
